The film was produced by Sogecine, the production arm of Sogecable. Shooting locations included Fuerteventura and Madrid. The Cap de Barbaria Lighthouse on Formentera was a pivotal filming location for the film, and served as the touchstone for the various characters' interwoven relationships.
