Pokémon Horizons: The Series

Sprigatito has been registered to your Pokédex. [Note: The reason why Liko was given Sprigatito is because everyone is sick of the writers overusing the "Ash gets a Grass starter" tradition (Bulbasaur, Bayleef, Sceptile, Torterra, Snivy and Rowlet) along with two other male main protagonists, Clemont and Goh, getting the current generation Grass starters: Chespin and Grookey respectively; it also led to a lot of accusations of sexism because not a single main female protagonist caught a current generation Grass starter up until that point.]
